  • To secure your date: a non-refundable 25% retainer, along with a signed contract is required.
  • While our rates do not have any secret hidden fees, due to the high cost of credit card processing, any debit/credit card transactions will automatically incur a 3% convenience fee. However, The Orchard has multiple payment options to avoid those extra fees! Paying via ACH (automatic withdrawal from your bank account), cash, or check will not incur any extra charges.
  • A Credit Card Authorization Form (CCAF) for up to $1,000 is due 30 days prior to your event, in place of a cleaning and damage deposit. Your card is not charged unless there is evidence of damage or extreme cleaning needed.
